The Search and Rescue Volunteer Association of Canada (SARVAC) is pleased to announce the launch of the new AdventureSmart Trip Plan App.
This app was launched at Ottawa City Hall on February 8, 2019.
Here you will find a
French and English versions of the media release AdventureSmart Media Release, AdventureSmart Media Release (French) and infographic Infographic, Infographic FRENCH. These documents are intended for your use to help assist SARVAC in informing individuals of the newly developed app and promote its use by Canadians, new Canadians and visitors to Canada. The attached documents will provide you with the information needed to understand why the app was developed, the importance of using it, who took part in the development and how it was funded.
I ask that you distribute this information to your local media/news outlets as an opportunity to help promote the AdventureSmart Trip Plan App. Please take advantage of this opportunity to promote your GSAR Team and/or Association and explain why this new app is important to you.
